No, pets are not allowed.
How can I pay my holiday?
You can pay with Credit Card/Bancomat or cash.
Is the entrance to the swimming pool free or is there a fee?
The entrance is free.
Is the swimming pool heated?
The swimming pool is not heated.
How often are linen and towels changed?
Linen and towels are changed every three days. Bed-making and room cleaning services, every three days. On request daily linen and towel change and daily room cleaning available on charge.
What time do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am.
What does breakfast include?
Buffet breakfast, Italian breakfast, breakfast with variety of fresh fruit and cakes from the local tradition (sweet breakfast), savoury and continental breakfast on request including typical local products like cheese, cold cuts and flatbread.
What time should I leave the room (check-out)? ?
You should leave your room by 10:30 am on departure day.
What time can we access the room (check-in)?
The room is available from 3 pm to 8 pm on the arrival day.
