Il Casino di Donna Maria is a charming country residence located in the Pollino National Park, just 4 km from the Salerno–Reggio Calabria highway. The property extends over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area, featuring a central entrance and lounge, flanked by a fully equipped kitchen with every amenity and a comfortable dining room — both boasting two large, antique fireplaces. The first floor hosts the spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: the Romantica room with a large terrace, the Liberty room with a charming little balcony, the Classica room with a cozy sitting area and independent entrance, and two more finely furnished rustic-style rooms — Dolce Dorme and C’era una volta. All rooms enjoy a magnificent panoramic view.Outdoors, guests can relax comfortably beneath the old pergolas or take a refreshing dip in the ancient, charming swimming pool, surrounded by a centuries-old vineyard.

LA VILLETTA
**"La Viletta"**: this was the name given to the charming garden with its ancient basin, where today you can cool off and sunbathe on warm summer days.

In the living room, located at the entrance of the property, you can relax comfortably while reading or watching TV.

After a nice hike, you can rest and warm up by the large fireplace in the lounge, enjoying the magical atmosphere.
THE PERGOLA
In front of the house, there is an ancient pergola where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air or relax in complete tranquility.
